Nori Nakamura (中村愛 Nakamura Nori) also known as the Villain: Smog, is a renowned Vigilante on a crusade to rid the world of corrupt heroes and inhumane villains, through less than legal means of extermination.

History
Nori was born and raised in the city of Himawari-Chiku (ひまわり地区 Himawari-Chiku), Japan. She was raised by her single mother, who gave birth to Nori when she was only 17 years old. Nori's father, according to her mother, had died before Nori was born.Nori and her mother lived in a run-down apartment that Nori's mother did her best to fix up. Nori attended kindergarten in the nearby city of Katsukawa (勝川 Katsukawa), where they met their childhood best friend, Shiratoma Kami. Nori lived with her mother until her mother died after accidentally overdosing when Nori was six.Nori was then taken into the custody of her neighbor, Kiyono, until any other living relatives could be located. Not long after, they were introduced to their maternal grandfather, Kazan Nakamura (中村火山 Nakamura Kazan), and went to live with him after her mother's death. Nori lived with her grandfather for the next nine years, during which time she attended New International School of Japan otherwise called New-IS (ニューインターナショナルスクールオブジャパン Nyū intānashonaru sukūru obu japan) . which is where she was reunited with her childhood best friend from kindergarten, 𝙎𝙝𝙞𝙧𝙖𝙩𝙤𝙢𝙖 𝙆𝙖𝙢𝙞. Kami and Nori both had dreams of attending the prestigious UA Highschool and after graduating from junior high, both were accepted into UA's Hero Course.

While attending UA, Nori went on patrol with a mentor, as part of her internship. While on patrol, Nori and their mentor encountered a group of robbers outside of a shopping mall. Nori reportedly needlessly murdered three of the six villains they had apprehended and was taken into police custody. However, while being transported to the Police Department Nori killed the two police officers in the car with her and escaped. They went on to seemingly disappear from the face of the earth, until a few months later when her Alias, Smog, appeared on the streets of Himawari-Chiku as a villain/vigilante.

|| Evaporation ||Evaporation allows the user to turn any liquid into a gas or vapor through physical touch. The evaporated liquids form a cloud the user is able to manipulate and even change the density of.The user is also able to undo the effects of their quirk, causing whatever they evaporated to then return to the form of a liquid. They are also able to change the density of the clouds they make, allowing them to make clouds dense enough that they actually become solid objects.Because this quirk requires little to no energy or stamina from the user it has almost no drawbacks. The quirk also has no known limits, allowing the user to hypothetically evaporate all of the liquid out of entire planets if they wanted to. The quirk itself can obviously be extremely powerful, however, if the user does not put in the work to use it to its full potential it will never be as powerful as it can.

In a process similar to that of a freeze dryer, Nori is able to turn all the liquid inside of someone's body into gas and vacuum it out through their skin, leaving them as a dry, shriveled corpse.|| Acid Rain ||

During the USJ battle Nakamura Nori was sent to the Conflagration Zone with Mashirao Ojiro, where the two had to face off against several villains.|| Sports Festival ||
During the UA Sports Festival, Nakamura placed 23rd in the Obstacle Race, using her quirk to create a cloud dense enough to sit on and float over the entire race. However, despite the ease they had with passing over the obstacles, she lacked enthusiasm to actually win first, taking her time with actually getting to the end.
During the cavalry battle Naku teams up with Pony Tsunotori and Togaru Kamakiri, creating a three person team with a total of 170 points. However, they did not place in the top four for the cavalry battle.|| Internships ||
Nori was offered a total of 1 internship after the events of the sports festival.|| Final Exam ||
During the exercise test of the exam, Nori is paired with Kami Shiratoma to face Pro Hero and UA teacher Hound Dog. The two worked together and using Nori's quirk, Cloud Manipulation, to cover their scent tracks and Shira's quirk, Origami, to create diversions and traps they were able to distract Hound Dog long enough for them to escape.

|| Nori's Vigilante Ensemble ||As the base of her villain/vigilante costume, Nori wears a dark teal hoodie and black jeans, accompanied by a cheap pair of white sneakers.|| Nori's Respirator Mask ||Because Noru is not immune to her own quirk, she always carries a respirator mask that is specially designed to withstand the toxic clouds and to filter out water from the steam cloud she creates.|| Nori's Gas and Water Tanks ||In the form of a lightweight backpack, Nori carries two glass tanks one of which she fills with water and in the other, gasoline. The two tanks have tubes that connect to nozzles Nori wears strapped to her wrists. These nozzles allow Noru to expel rapid amounts of water or gasoline she can use to create manipulatable clouds.

Nakamura is a young person of average height, and a slightly heavier build made of mostly body fat and light muscle. Their eyes are of a downturned, half circle shape, which always appear half lidded giving her a drowsy or half asleep look. They are a dull, turquoise blue color which may brighten or darken depending on how the light hits them. Her skin is a darker, brown/caramel color with cool undertones and dark almost blue circles under her eyes. Nakamura's hair is naturally a dark brunette color which she had shaved into a short buzz cut style, however, to help conceal her identity she uses her quirk to give herself a fluffy white cloud haircut with shaved sides.
